This is happening to me as well. I thought it was maybe my video card had its day. 1080ti. So I bought a 4080 super and as soon as I started playing it happened again. It seems if I lower all my settings it doesn't happen, but it makes no sense why it is happening.

I tested all the heroes Fire Rate and DPS increases with Fire Rate buff items and it was not the same with the two burst fire heroes Lash and Paradox. Here is some examples, if you buy Swift Striker on the following 4 heroes, which gives a 10% WD buff and a 22% Fire Rate Buff. I wanted to wait...
