When using sinclair ult on a kelvin while he has dome activated you copy the "cancel dome" ability instead of dome itself. I believe it didnt always work like this, if it did it sucks pls change :]

i had the same issue. I was playing ivy and almost everytime i would hold kudzo or throw kudzo my screen would either flicker or go black. Changing my screen space ao between off and ultra seemed to fix it sometimes.
