A thrown item with a radius similar to Alchemical Fire (maybe smaller honestly) that instantly clears all on-ground effects in the circle (Hero grenades, Infernus Dash, Alchemical Fire, Vindicata Stake, etc.) and provides allies in the circle temporary health regen.
