60 hrs played total never had this issue, queued for ranked and got this message while already in the game. Anyone knows fix to this?

Came home after 1 week trip, played couple games solo and then with my friends, didnt say nothing in voice chat except for lets take mid boss/lets fight this guy. We finish the match and the next thign i see is that my comms are restricted, i said to myself okay, i guess i got my comms banned...
