Can any of you open up the console and see if this message pops up? I want to see if anyone has the same results (This MIGHT help narrow it down, I THINK. Not sure if this helps... or if the developers can even do anything about it...)

reinstalling the game worked (i should add that i deleted every single file that remained after uninstalling though) turns out it WAS the configs.......

I use 0 fps configs. This is just from setting the video settings to low in-game.
