Something funky is going on with items in Street Brawl.
I was spectating a friend's match where a Graves had two Active Reload items in the final match.
and then I just played a match where Haze had Extended Magazine and Titanic Magazine at the same time in round 1. [MATCHID: 62411629]
I'm unable to teleport using Mina's second ability when I am in her fourth ability.
I can however teleport once, trigger Nox Nostra, and then use the second teleport. But, I cannot trigger the first part of the teleport during it.
This occurs in every area of the game, and I assume it is...

Smurfing or something going on here. Laning against the Pocket and Seven was horrific. There's no way their team was Initiate 1. The Pocket has like an 80% WR in his last batch of games.
