You can drag items when not in edit mode.
Second bug is that the description text no longer wraps around and instead it gets cut off by the width of the box.
Not necessarily a bug but this interaction is frustrating if you're spamming an ability when dying. Happens to me often with Lady Geist's 4 skill when I would rather save up my points to level other skills.
