    Replay speed up/down mouseover tooltip seems incorrect

    When viewing a replay and holding tab to get a mouse, when mousing over the speed up/down +/-'s the tooltip displayed is #Citadel_Replay_IncreaseSpeed. Other buttons don't display a mouseover tooltip.
