I've had similar experiences. Also when people are jumping/double jumping it will do nothing (maybe intentional but seems kinda bad if it can be done consistently).
e: I can't read. The bug is that the internal cooldown for mystic reverb doesn't work as you can get back to back Reverbs just not within the 3s delay. Leaving the rest in for posterity.

In all 3 clips pocket is exposed and would likely be shootable by the target but his barrage is consumed by the nearby geometry. Arguably the 3rd example might be intentional but the first two feel very unintentional.
