it works, u can parry the tp, the debuff, the damage, separately, depending on when u press it

sometimes i literally aim at heros, be it behind or not behind walls, and the vexing bolt just flies behind them somehwere, while other times it homes in perfectly, pretty sure its not my issue

Dont think this is a bug, looks intended, and many sinclair players use that

This should be fixed, and the snapping just doesnt work half of the time anyways, they should just rework how the snap on works, maybe make it work like wraiths cards
