On a cursory glance, seems like you were just positioned poorly and the strike went between you to where the Rejuv was exposed. Mo was standing behind the Rejuv and you were decently wide to the left of it. But that's just assumption on my part, admittedly.

Basically what it says on the tin; While firing with the Assistant active, on any tier, the Assistant will occasionally (about 30-40% of the time) get distracted by butterflies and start shooting off into the distance at nothing, despite my aiming at an enemy in front of me. Happens with...
