I am not sure if this is specific to Grey Talon or not, but in the following clip he's able to grapple onto the zipline and instantly cancel it to cover a very large distance across the map. Maybe he got hit by the slowing hex at the same time as he grappled? A bit hard to tell, clip seems to...
