I've had this once as happen as Bebop. I died while channelling the ult and it kept the sound for the rest of the match.
It's only happened once, but I thought I'd mention it here.
So far tonight I've had a leaver in every game except 1. But I think it's that they can't rejoin.

I abandoned and got a ban for 5 minutes for frequent leaving, which one game didn't even get to the start screen. It started like a normal game, but it didn't even make it to the stand-off room. Said the server couldn't connect. I tried for 15minutes to rejoin.

Twice tonight I've been dropped from the game and unable to rejoin before the match starts. I'm unable to rejoin. It says it's a server issue. It isn't a connection issue on my end. I've played about 100 hours this month and this is the first time this has happened, and it's happened twice...
