I don't know what change you've done on 5/23, but since then 4/5 of my games my team has been conplete idiots. It's appalling how bad the matchmaking suddenly got. I went down 2 ranks solely being put in the losing team.

When Arcane Surge is active, Heavy Barrage duration gets extended in a weird way. The purple bar will go away, but will keep firing for an extra few seconds at the last spot the barrage was aimed. Video below makes sense of it.
