It appears that when you hover over abilities in game and hold ALT it still shows the scaling, but when you do it in the Heroes menu it no longer shows.

These neutrals can be exploited with the boundary/corner to make them drop aggro. Might be intended but makes farming them early extremely easy.

Default list is only showing games from previous session. Searching by match ID works for recent matches. Searching by hero seems to be lagging by a few hours but is more up to date than default.

I was having the same problem. Followed your footsteps. I was able to download and watch another match and then backed out and the previously broken replay was now working.
