that does fix the scope-in sensitivity, but now my regular sensitivity is way too high to play the game lol

When you scope-in with Assassinate, the sensitivity becomes extremely low. The zoom sensitivity ratio slider in the settings does not change the assassinate scope-in sensitivity.
