i had the same problem and did 1500 things eventually I underclocked my cpu (read this in multiple places) from 3200 hz to 2666 and its fixed now when its time to crash (~15 min) it starts lagging and spiking but not every game and a restart fixes it unless you get a fucking VAC message and...

fix this shit it keeps happening for months once every 50 games when you restart the game this pops up and then you get a penalty and you definitely need to restart the game every couple of games because it starts lagging and spiking and my fps goes from 140 to 40 in the middle of the game
