Its usually when starting Matchmaking having the same locked GPU usage at around 40-60% here too

So i have an issue where unless i Pause the game mid matchmaking and restart the PC (and even than its 50/50) the GPU usage is kept at very low usage the Settings do not effect it whatsoever so i have lowish fps and very bad stutter Im Linux Kernel: Linux 6.18.7-2-cachyos Architecture...
