Is your monitor's HDR settings set to auto? I use Win+Alt+b to toggle HDR and have it off most of the time unless I'm viewing HDR content. Game looks fine on my end. I'm wondering if HDR is maybe on, on your monitor, messing up the brightness when it's off in Windows.

Not sure if you're talking about in future but the ZA matchmaking isn't working again. So you won't find ZA games right now either way

Not sure you can file this under bad matchmaking but in South Africa we were being thrown into EU games with >~150ms latency. With the introduced bug yesterday we were al playing local games. Wait times were very reasonable with a max of like 5 minutes. So whatever the change was it did help us...
