I got banned for crashing, so yeah I had to wait an hour, then another time my ping spiked, closed a window. came back, banned again, now I have to wait 2 hours. Please fix this. I haven't been able to play 1 game for 2 days between just wanting to get 1-2 games in for fun, trying new update...

I never been a fan of software 7.1 sound. it's just not actually 7.1 it is augmented. if the soundscape is good enough stereo is fine. nothing is mastered on 7.1 and is only designed to fill a room with sound for more theatre experience. 7.1 means actual drivers. False marketing.
