Okay, I'm being a bit special - I'm using the command to run the old map not the new map, that's why there was 4 lanes. street_test is no longer valid map, you should run dl_streets instead.

It functioned last patch perfectly fine though, obviously will just be using the menu for now.

Upon further testing, this is currently happening everytime the console command is used, loading by selecting 'Explore NYC' in the select play mode menu works correctly.

When using the console command in the title the textures did not seem to load correctly, resulting in this: The issue persisted when I quit and went back to the hideout: The UI seems to load still and some interactable objects I can see but nothing else, had to reload the game to fix.

Also experiencing this, have tried to create a build from the hero many with multiple heroes.
