When using Dyanamo Quantum Entanglement at the moment of death, it will sometimes use it at the time of respawn even when not pressing anything. This happens every other match. I have long press as alt-casting. Bug most likely happens when holding the key at death.

Have you tried changing selfcast button in options?

When buying item to swap, and selecting debuff remover to sell, instead of getting new item, you only downgrade debuff remover to debuff reducer.
