yep, this has been happening to me constantly. Takes 2x as long to clear some of the jungle camps cause there's no orientation to hit 2 creeps without having one right in your face like this, which then causes the bug

This bug happened once before and was fixed shortly after, but has been happening again fairly regularly since the update on 11/07. I'm not 100% sure, but it feels like it maybe happens more consistently when I am holding w to move forward before the respawn timer actually completes.
