[Dispel Magic] does NOT remove Sinclair's [Rabbit Hex]. [Rabbit Hex] is NOT his ult, and I would classify it as a negative effect as it removes access to all your abilities, but for some reason it's not, or at least using [Dispel Magic] doesn't remove it.
