same issue with me, but i have 20-30fps in base team fights, and once i see 11 characters, my fps goes from 130fps in start of laning...

same as title, my cpu cores are being used at 30-40%, temps are low, gpu usage is 20%, turned off all overlays, checked graphs on msi...
