    Same thing here. It bugged out and didn't put me in the game after queue popped. I tried queueing again after about 5 mins and had a 6 hour ban.

    Because sometimes you want to grab an enemy, but a teammate would get in the way and you'd grab them. Or vice versa.

    If you try to hook an ally using any other self cast option it doesn't work and just shoots out the enemy grabbing hook.

    One thing people didn't mention is that when you kill the mid boss and heavy punch the crystal, not only do you get shorter respawn timers but your troopers are also buffed with 50% HP. On top of that everyone on the team gets about 1500 (1750?) souls.

    That's the Nvidia geforce statistics overlay. You can press ALT+R to not see it.
