While I think conceptually this is really cool it just seems like it would be kind of hard to balance around ngl. I can also see their being so many bugs around this since I just don't think any of the abilities are coded in such a way to make this work XD
I wanted to make an item that gives an extra option to countering/slowing heroes who fly around the map like lash,vin,talon, etc.

I think one of the very few weaknesses of cultist comes from the fact that you can't upgrade it into a 6k item late game. Also idk if people want that item to give more stats than what it already gives XD
Ya mirage ult is weird, pretty sure heavy melee's will also go through him when he is in the teleport animation (atleast on billy). There are prob alot more interactions like this that need fixing
Seems like it would be an EXTREMELY strong item on certain heroes.

Conceptually these items seem cool! But currently they seem a bit overtuned
vital burst would prob make playing lane insufferable as unless ur 1 bursting enemy, lane is infinite stalemate, and 15% spirit res on frontliner seems like wayy to much
