when victor has ult he can die to pocket ult damage wasting the ultimate.

i tried using arcane surge on infernus flamedash, it procs and adds the duration and range but not the extra spirit. it also does not add to his ultimate, same as dash where it is only the duration and range. it adds all of it on catalyst however.
