Armor Piercing Rounds allows you to shoot through bola and Ice dome

the damage amp also doesnt work on backstabber - it probably doesnt work on even more items

as you can see in the video it does not amp the damage of scourge but it does amp the damage of decay (and toxic bullets but the video was too long so i had to trim it)
