Hitting the time stop on the reloading enemy breaks their reloading animation. It can be seen on different heroes both from the perspective of the victim and the Paradox. The longer and more articulate the reload is the more evident the bug is.
Re-watched the replay, pretty sure it was caused by the Sticky Bomb explosion. I've tried to replicate it on street_test with the Exploding Uppercut as it provides knock back and is easier to hit, but to no result.

Creep got stuck in the air below the gates of the base. It was being dropped from the zip line spawner and was pushed by a skill (I think with Bebop's Sticky Bomb). It became floating and partially invulnerable (only one creep was able to damage it later on the replay). 451,785
