    I've noticed this as well. I would love for Ivy and Dynamo to be more in the duo lanes than in solo lanes. I don't play much of Dynamo, but Ivy solo lane gameplay experience is awful, she doesn't work that well solo.

    It does for me. Make sure that you have cheats enabled in the lobby and then just use the cheat commands in console, for example "citadel_enable_fast_cooldowns" for no cooldowns setting found in sandbox mode.
