Yea I had the same concerns, I think it would be cool on paper but I have no idea how it would work in practice. Don't personally remember the /kill trolls, but if that was a real problem before then an item dedicated to doing it deffo wouldn't work.
Could also be pretty neat as an item that lets you drop your own souls. A risk reward trap stun for enemies (silence and stun duration could scale with how many unsecured souls you drop) and also provide a means to give your teammates extra souls you've been farming as well without having to die...
Not sure I dig the large variety stats, but I do really like the idea of an item that evolves as the game goes on. I have no idea how feasible it would be balance wise though. Not too fond of the idea of giving support players the same sort of looming endgame threat a late game carry can bring...
Mostly because only a few characters have alt fires to begin with. I think replacing the ADS or alt fire on any hero with this mechanic is a lot cooler of a novelty than adding another active item. Would be like if you took counterspell and made it an active instead. Loses a bit of the cool factor.
My bad if that's like a proper rule, didn't see it anywhere. Thinking about it though and I really don't see where you're coming from. I don't expect quality MM from 6 stacking but this is gen the easiest game I've played by far even by 6 stack roulette standards.

Game where my team went 21-1 a bit after lane. Could've potentially won sub 20 minutes if not for the enemy team's good selection of teamfight ults. This was a 6 stack, but frankly still felt pretty absurd.
Passive: Imbue an ability with the ability to inflict a glass debuff for 3 seconds. Any barriers broken while this debuff is active will shatter, causing nearby enemies to take 20 spirit damage over 5 seconds.
The imbued ability also gains +100% bonus damage against barriers, +10% cooldown...
This is talking about how you can parry during the channeled ability. Sleep doesn't let you dash or jump during these channels but it does let you parry when normally it wouldn't. It's a weird inconsistency.
Charon: Instead of a ferryman, they're a train conductor. I imagine a blue Graves zombie wearing a tattered conductor's uniform. Carries a repurposed oar, which serves as their gun. It's now more like a staff, with a blue-fired lantern dangling off the tip. It's a short range flamethrower esque...
