I couldn't get these details like ability upgrade points and enemy items to go away no matter what. Not sure what I did, sorry.

It's right by the shop. Interestingly, it doesn't seem to happen if you switch to him from another hero when you're up there.

I left a street brawl match right as the enemy team won (Possible due to game not being scored) and it led to the gui keeping the opposing team's score from the previous game until they got a point.
