Call it a t3 item maybe? Do significantly more damage overall if you hit ~> 70% headshots, but spend a heck of a lot more time reloading.

Imbue a non-ultimate ability. Killing an enemy hero using that ability resets its cooldown. Give it an internal cooldown of like 15 seconds. Works if a proc got the kill (Spirit burn, Tankbuster, reverb).

Game chugs HARD this patch for me. Usually when an ability is used. Will basically freeze for seconds at a time whenever I'm in combat. Last match I also just randomly stopped being able to use my barrage. The input was definitely registering. Will wait till fixed before playing again. rx 540...

Update: Turns out this WAS hardware related, just in a way I'd never considered

I have dash on mouse 4 and my 3 (pocket's satchel) on mouse 5. There is no fix, so when this bug happens I have to ask the entire lobby to end the game as quickly as possible, so the game is over whenever this bug occurs, and it's frequent. Sometimes, the game will simply stop hearing m4 and m5...

Looks like it may be AMD anti-lag, update must have turned it on

High ping, constant micro stutter/ packet loss, and very frequent huge lag spikes. EU, confirmed it's not my connecion

same here, so frustrating. EU server, tried switching to NA, same thing. Shows decent ping but insane lag spikes and packet loss. Unplayable since yesterday
