I used to get Casual matches on South Africa servers in 30 seconds to maybe 3 minutes MAX. They recently changed something (which is weird to do for Casual MM, keep stricter MM to ranked) that made search times insane. 30-60min and sometimes longer.
Today we had the same happen again. All day ZA matchmaking was working without fail. End of the day (when you pushed the minor patch) MM broke again and we are all back to EU.
So today the South African matchmaking was working flawlessly! We all played ZA from around 10am - 7pm (confirmed in ZA Deadlock discord everyone was getting ZA games). Something then changed or broke our matchmaking again.
Please can this be addressed or can we can any update on this?
Same! We need to be able to manually override otherwise we will always be playing with 160 ping.
We played 3 games back to back in "peak" hours and we always got matches in EU region.
