For some reason, when an item gives you a bunch of ability range (for example: enhanced trophy collector), then getting more items with ability range, end up decreasing your effective range.

Since the recent small balance patch, I noticed that I sometimes immediately die when reaching 1 HP, even though my cheat death is off-cooldown. On top of this, after my death I notice that my cheat death did go on cooldown, despite not having triggered.

This is most notable when enemies move at high speeds. I suspect the game saves the enemy's location for respawn a little before it replaces the enemy model by the black silhouette. As a result, the 2 positions are not the same if the enemy is in motion.
Very happy you can't use it to trap people behind the invisible barrier, but hot dang Valve, give us back the ability to place doors in the spawn area.
Every single thread I've seen on this bug before it was fixed, had the same sentiment: "it's fine to send people to the fountain with doors...
Interesting that you mention Paradox. I was paradox in my match, and I crashed every single death. Some of my teammates crashed as well, but I think that only happened when I was near them.
I wonder whether this happened because a new update dropped during a match in progress.
