You can view your match history by going to your profile. Try setting Wraith to white, and queueing, and see if that changes anything.

There's low sensitivity, and NO sensitivity. There are times they're moving but its like they took their hand off the mouse entirely, which is just really weird. I'm not saying it means anything, but it is really bizarre. Like the mouse just stopped giving input or something.

This is the bug reporting forum, and you will not get any response or help with bans of any kind for any reason here. Your only option is to attempt to contact steam support, but as a warning I haven't heard of anyone getting any responses back about Deadlock bans so far.
