I was asked by Hopoo to file a bug report for this and the damage displays visually as a single number, so I presume it's only intended to count as separate for internal/stats purposes.
Some cases where this applies:
- For Witchmail, a hit that isn't 75 damage without EE's amp but *is* 75 damage with the amp will not trigger Witchmail.
- For Mystic Burst/Tankbuster, hits that don't reach the threshold (80/165 respectively) but do reach it with EE's amp will not trigger the...
No bluescreen or other error message. PC just completely shut down. Don't 100% know it's Deadlock's fault, but hasn't ever happened to me with this setup before.

Can corroborate this is happening. Circumstances prompting it are unclear, but it seems consistent that when item selection is about to crash the game, Abrams will also be missing from the screen when the shop's open.
If it is an intended mechanic, there could be clarification in involved items, i.e. the Bursts stating that they require 80 or 125 non-bonus damage to proc. Right now it's pretty opaque.
Essentially what the title says. Hits that surpass 125 damage with Mystic Shot factored in, but don't surpass that damage otherwise, don't count as dealing enough damage. Since these show up as a single number in damage numbers, I'm guessing this is unintended.

Generic properties: Grants a decent amount of Bullet and Spirit Shield.
Special property: Your Shields begin protecting you at 50% of maximum life instead of 100%.
Lets you turn Shields into more of a "backup plan", working well with steady recovery like lifesteal.
