I'm having the same issue. It's almost always flickering, but somewhat intermittent, and as mentioned will straight up go black at times. I noticed in the sandbox that by readying Kelvin's frost grenade it sometimes will change the flicker rate, or sometimes fix the flicker, and then other times...
