This is also a Problem in CS2 so i figure its the Engine.
When using a HDMI cable the game isnt able to support native resolution. Or atleast the native resolution doesnt show up in the Settings Menu.
I was able to fix this by changing the launch options to: -refresh 75 -fullscreen -w 1920 -h...
