Ok so it actually affects other games on Source2 beside Deadlock (tested Counter Strike 2.) After restarting pc 2 times it fixed the issue

I tried to play the game, before that i got 2mb update that might be an issue since when balance patch came out problem did not occured. When i try to move camera, game doesn't do anything, same with shoot (M1) or zoom (M2) or anything while i control character. Menus work as before, i can buy...
