I recently installed a 5070 TI, and when I open my shop, it cause lagging, stuttering, and my screen to go black for a second. I previously played on a 3070 and never encountered this issue, even after the shop update. I am currently on nvidea driver 576.52 and below are my current settings.

I had a bug where bringing up the cursor (like with the alt or tab key) permanently did not let me go back to my crosshair. I accidently hit my discord deafen button, which is the \ key. I sort of panicked when I did this because someone was talking to me in discord, so I hit my deafen key again...
