I've noticed this happening since the most recent update. Lash's ult will connect to someone but not pick them up and throw them occasionally. This specific instance clipped connected to all 4 enemies, you can see 4 ropes connect, all 4 wiggle like they are connected, but only the paradox gets...

Lash's ult doesn't have the circle indicators and triggers a zoomed in FOV bug. Making him unplayable at the moment. Video attached for reference along with a match ID of a full game with the issue. MatchID: 26869823
