Yeah it seems they've changed the way region is chosen, If you use a vpn for matchmaking you can disable it once the game has started and it'll put you in the region where you selected on your VPN

If you hold left click before Dynamo's ult, all the way during its channeling and continue holding it after, shooting doesn't resume. I'm not sure if this is intentional, because it doesn't happen on the other heroes.
