i only tested it in the lobby but it just doesnt give the bonus damage for some reason.

Theres a lot of spots in the new map that ava gets slowed in for seemingly no reason. Some spots are the stairs that go to the urn drop offs from the sewers, secret shop sometimes, and the doubles stairs. Also enemies can punch you in return from shadows and its slows you down a bunch. its been...

the max amp i can get is 54% which is three stacks. the item ssay it has stack limits on npc but not heroes so idk if this is a glitch or not. the max should be +108% but i cant get it its seemingly just not displaying right. the tab menu shows the correct value but the value that shows up above...
