Game took my souls, didn't give me items, and blocked me from buying all items in my quickbuy for the rest of the game. I had Surge of power queued, then Boundless spirit, then lightning scroll. I did not have slots for surge of power, so I bought lightning scroll. Some weird visual bug happened...
