I only had one game with Paradox with people last night, but I think I saw it once in that game shooting at mo and krill.

I think it might be happening when someone is dashing and you hit them.

Not every time... noticed specifically on Mo and Krill. I thought they were teleporting away or something but another player said they saw it too. Bot match ended around 4/23 8:20PM

As McGinnis, I was able to put down as many turrets as I wanted in the tutorial sandbox. I was confused about what the charges upgrade did until I was in the Lane tutorial and the charge limit was imposed.
