I queued up for a match and it said something along the lines of "after several attempts the server could not be connected". After relaunch and trying to rejoin, it didn't work. I had this happen once before and I went into hero testing, then left, and it warned me about a matchmaking penalty...

Update: Joining, and then leaving, Hero Testing fixed this problem for me.

Wow that worked for me - but I got a warning about a matchingmaking penalty when I left hero testing hah!
