Tested this in sandbox when you have 46% damage amp from barrage + 2 stacks escalating exposure the ulti per tick does 27 damage but shows in damage per tick as 17-18. It does it correctly with either only the barrage amp or EE stacks but only when the two amps interact, haven't tested with...
