I noticed the same thing with haze's smoke bomb. Seems to be an issue with abilities that become charged

Currently, if you have extra charge and t3 smoke bomb, you do not get an extra charge for it. Testing it in the training range, rapid recharge only gives 1 additioinal charge matchid 35736483

Changing my cancel ability hotkey on a per hero basis still only lets me use the main one as the cancel button. Additionally, bringing back the ability to toggle it via the ability button again would be excellent

pretty rare, but once every 50 buy menu opens or so, the menu just wont close and your character gets locked in place. Happens randomly too, went two games without it then had it happen 3 times in one
