My bad about the post, I understand that spirit burn goes on cooldown only on hero proc, but I still believe that near infinite procs on midboss is still a bit imbalanced
When using Mina's ult against midboss spirit burn can proc infinitely which shreds the midboss HP. Could possibly work with other forms of spirit damage but still unsure.
